Casa David has 4 luxury bedrooms, 4 fully tiled bathrooms and is is furnished to the highest standard with marble floors throughout. Furniture and colours are in true Algarve style.
There are two huge double ensuite bedrooms - one on the first floor has its own private terrace with seating. You will fight over this one!!
There are two further spacious twin rooms. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling cupboards. There is a digital safe in the villa.
The bathrooms are of the highest quality, beautifully tiled. 3 bathrooms with bath/shower/vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The 4th is a shower room with vanity unit and toilet.
The very large lounge (with 2 x 4 seater comfortable sofas and other seating) has a dining area off with doors leading to pool and pool terrace. Plenty of seating in both areas for 8-10 people. Complete with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), DVD player which also plays CDs. Books, games and some DVDs in the villa.
New for 2008: The large basement now has table tennis.
The south facing pool terrace is fully equipped with table, chairs, loungers. There is deep shade for hotter months under a bamboo pergola. To the side is a large BBQ for al fresco dining and at night the pool is lit for your full enjoyment.
The garden is extensive with natural scrub, a newly developed spring garden and lots of grassy space for children to play. The villa is fully gated with garage and extensive drive for off road car parking.
The villa is 5km from Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes,Olhao and Estoi and only 26kms from Faro airport which can be reached within 20-25 mins by excellent roads. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. However you are still only 20-30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.... if you can drag yourself away from the pool!
There are a number of outstanding beaches and islands nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 5 kms away. There are five excellent golf courses all within 15-25 mins of the villa and 5 more across the Spanish border.
Car hire essential to enjoy this holiday.
It's sleepy but there's lots to see in Moncarapacho, numerous local bars, some truly excellent restaurants, fresh veg market, petrol station, cyber cafe, post office,numerous shops, post office, pharmacy and lots more.

Rental prices quoted include FREE POOL HEATING from Mid March to end October 2008 - a real and significant saving!!
There iis an obligatory extra charge for air con April to end October at £75/wk and (warm) air con November to March at £50.
Pool not heated November to March but can still be used.
Payment by credit card now available in 2008
Price also includes pool/beach towels so no need to bring your own. Also includes all linen/towels and maid service mid week to clean villa and change all linen. Also includes services of English speaking manager who will meet you on arrival and remain on call throughout your holiday
Food/drinks pack available on request. Car hire recommendations also available.
There is a sturdy portable cot and one portable/folding bed in the villa, which can be placed anywhere, allowing a maximum occupancy of 9 plus a baby (10)

Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions.
The Ria Formosa National Park is close by. This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve. Come and taste the difference. The real Portugal.
