Surrounded by stunning countryside views CASA BOA VIST is situated outside the small village of Moncarapacho and close to Estoi, Quelfes and Olhao, approx. 26kms from Faro airport in the very beautiful unspoilt Eastern Algarve.
It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, wonderful south facing heated salt pool, terraces, garden, boules and BBQ, In the second basement lounge there is table tennis, darts and full sized table top football game.Very comfortably sleeps 8-10 using portable bed and sturdy portable cot.
It has PRIME location with the garden backing onto protected land with stunning views of unspoilt countryside. It is part of a very elite development of similar high quality villas. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.
There are some truly glorious beaches nearby, many which are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being at Fuseta 7 kms away. Lots of info on local beaches, places to visit etc in Welcome Book on arrival.
For golfers this is paradise. No megaphones (as in Central and Western Algarve rushing you through). Here you can enjoy quality golf at a leisurely pace. There are five golf courses all within 20+ mins, including the championship Quinta de Cima golf course and sister club Rio - named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Courses in Portugal. There are a further 5 golf courses close by approx 25-30 mins with 5 just over the border into Spain at Ayamonte.
Just a few minutes away, outside Moncarapacho there is an excellent 9 hole par 3 course, also with putting green for the whole family to enjoy.
Within Moncarapacho itself there is a excellent supermarket, 2 mini markets, cash machines, petrol station, dentist, doctors, pharmacy, post office, bars, some truly excellent restaurants, cyber cafes and other local shops. Moncarapacho also has an excellent museum.
Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, restaurants, upmarket shopping with boats to islands.
The villa is of the highest specification - with marble floors throughout, stylish modern Portuguese furniture, with air con in all bedrooms and own glorious south facing sun terrace with 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. The entire villa has been very tastefully furnished in modern style.
The basement has been developed as a games lounge with additional seating, adult and childrens darts, ball games, table tennis and table top football.
On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, deep shade and a large table with seating for up to 12 people. You don't even have to bring your own pool towels - we supply them free of charge!!!
There is a large BBQ and other seating and eating areas in the garden including a new boules area - something to do as the food is cooking on the BBQ!
PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE FREE POOL HEATING from mid March to end October 2008 - a real saving and absolute luxury. Price also includes all linen/towels, a mid week full villa clean and linen change. Also includes services of local English speaking manager who will meet you on arrival and remain on call throughout your stay.
We do charge for air con April to end October and underfloor heating/aircon November through to end March to ensure your absolute enjoyment of your holiday. Pool unheated November to March but can still be used.

This villa really is exceptionally large. You will not be disappointed. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 are en-suite). All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards and there are 2 digital safes fitted in the villa.
The master en-suite bedroom on the first floor has its own terrace where, sitting of an early evening one can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the sea on the horizon and, perhaps, the occasional glass of wine!! You will fight over this one!!
A high chair and sturdy portable cot are provided free of charge. There is one portable/folding bed in the villa, making occupancy levels maximum 10.
Casa Boa Vista is exceptionally well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for luxury eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area. We have even supplied an extensive range of melamine items to reduce your stress levels. We try to think of everything! More importantly there is an additional fridge in the utility room to keep the beers cold!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The villa is located on the edge of the beautiful VISTA ELITE development and backs onto glorious open countryside - hence its name House with a View!. The sunsets and sunrises are truly memorable. The owners are keen gardeners and have created their very own natural garden which is a large garden of scrub, stone, with tropical plants and young fruit and fig trees. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to any fruiting crops. In the garden is a seating area with a BBQ, night lighting and boules area.
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace currently being developed into a Poussada and Roman villa ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, shopping and excellent fish restaurants), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. You are only 10 minutes away from accessing the Ria Formosa Park.
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore island beaches. Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just chill, relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing - as so many of our guests do !!
For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and fantastic birdwatching (feathered variety)!!.
