Within easy walking distance of the village,surrounded by the sea , beautifull green hills and sandy coved beaches , you reach a beautiful valley called Vale de Currais.This unique location is a haven of peace and quiet. It is here that you find VilaLusitana built on a hilltop 30 mtrs above sea level, commanding breathtaking views of the ocean.With six bedrooms, all with bathroom ensuite, this villa is ideal for your family or a group of friends.With extra beds on request,it can sleep a total of eighteen people .
The air-conditioned bedrooms can be either twin or doubles.All have a sofa (or a third single bed) in them for an extra person and a desk with a CD.There are another 2 full bathrooms making a total.The rooms open onto the large terrace with outside furniture. The sitting room is beautifully furnished, as is the whole of Villa Lusitana and has satellite television.There is a beautiful fireplace for the cooler months.The dining room seats eighteen and French doors open onto a large terrace.Every morning a breakfast buffet can be served for you.The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances .The large heatable swimming pool (5x10 metres) is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and there is a barbecue area for those balmy evenings eating al fresco.There is maid service five days a week .Towels are changed twice per week.
Imagine the comfortable indolence of long sun-drenched afternoons with the song of the cicadas and the lingering scent of lavender and rosemary. In such a relaxed atmosphere there is little motivation to move, except to splash around the pool or add more ice-cubes into a refreshing drink.For the more active amongst you there is plenty to do and explore.
You are surrounded by 3 golf courses all within 3 km and there are approximately 20 courses within an hour's drive.Just a kilometre from the villa is the Carvoeiro tennis club with twelve tennis courts of various surfaces.A few kilometres away is a fantastic riding centre.At the centre you can have lessons in all disciplines , make beautiful walks near the Atlantic coastline and enjoy guided country rides on reliable horses.The Algarve coast provides some very acceptable watersports conditions. Near VilaLusitana there is a diving and snorkeling for both beginners and advanced divers.Due to the attractive climate water-skiing and windsurfing are popular sports.
Just in front of the villa is a small hidden beach and only the few habitants of the valley know about it so you can almost consider this as a private beach.Countless sandy coved beaches are at walking from the villa.The main Carvoeiro beach is located in the centre of the town that more or less spreads itself in a semicircle around it. Though it can become a little crowded at the height of summer, there are a number of beautiful secluded coves and beaches in the immediate vicinity, some of which are only accessible by boat.
There is a great variety of restaurants bars and shops. A small , but practical mini market is within 500 meters distance plus a small charming square with various restaurants and cafes.The larger supermarkets can be found before entering the village of Carvoeiro.

Vila Lusitana - eine wunderschöne freistehende Villa,gelegenin Vale de Currais am Rande des gemütlichen Städtchens Carvoeiro. Da die Villa 30 Meter über den Meeresspiegel liegt,hat man eine fantastische Aussicht über den Ozean und ist zugleich weit vom Stadttrubel entfernt.
In und um Carvoeiro selbst findet man fantastische Golfplätze, Tennisplätze, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Hier kann man Wassersport betreiben, wandern und das Strandleben genießen.
Vila Lusitana ist eine prächtige Villa für 12 Personen (eventuell erweiterbar bis zu 18 Personen) auf 2 Etagen und kennzeichnet sich durch einen modernen Baustil und eine luxuriöse Ausführung aus. Durch das Entree auf der oberen Etage kommt man in die geräumige Halle mit angrenzendem Esszimmer und Küche. Das Esszimmer ist für 18 Personen eingerichtet.
Von beiden Terrassen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über den Garten und den Atlantik. Das Schwimmbad hat eine Eingangstreppe. Im Garten gibt es einen Grillplatz (BBQ) mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Garten wurde 2004 neu angelegt und schließt die ursprüngliche natürliche Umgebung mit ein.
Die 6 Schlafzimmer der Villa verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, sie haben den Charakter eines Studios und Platz für ein drittes Bett und sind zudem ausgestattet mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Fernseher und CD-Planer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur geräumigen Terrasse mit komfortablen Rattan-Sofas und diversen Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf der Terrasse können auch Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden.
Von der Halle aus gelangt man über eine Treppe in die untere Etage. Hier befinden sich der Salon mit einem offenen Kamin und ebenfalls 3 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer ensuite (Dusche). Eines der Schlafzimmer besitzt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer und auch der Salon haben einen Zugang auf die teils überdachte Terrasse auf Schwimmbad-Ebene.
