VILLA SHARMA is a lovely executive villa in a plot size of approx one half acre with own heated pool, surrounded by lovely garden with grass and local planting.. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a very spacious lounge, magnificent kitchen/diner and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. There is table tennis and darts in the basement. The property is gated and there is plentiful off road parking. The wonderful south facing pool is 10m x 5m and heated from mid March to end October FREE OF CHARGE. The pool has pool lights for evening use. You will be thrilled with the quality and location of this villa.

There are some truly glorious beaches nearby, many which are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being at Fuseta 7 kms away. Lots of info on local beaches, places to visit etc in Welcome Book on arrival.
For golfers this is paradise. No megaphones (as in Central and Western Algarve rushing you through). Here you can enjoy quality golf at a leisurely pace. There are five golf courses all within 20+ mins, including the championship Quinta de Cima golf course and sister club Rio - named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Courses in Portugal. There are a further 5 golf courses close by approx 25-30 mins with 5 just over the border into Spain at Ayamonte.
Within Moncarapacho itself there is a excellent supermarket, 2 mini markets, cash machines, petrol station, dentist, doctors, pharmacy, post office, bars, some truly excellent restaurants, cyber cafes and other local shops. Moncarapacho also has an excellent museum.
Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, restaurants, upmarket shopping with boats to islands.
The villa is of the highest specification - with marble floors throughout, stylish modern Portuguese furniture, with air con in all bedrooms and own glorious south facing sun terrace with 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. The entire villa has been very tastefully furnished in modern style.
This villa really is exceptionally large. You will not be disappointed. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 fully tiled bathrooms (2 are en-suite). All bedrooms have extensive fitted cupboards and there is a digital safe fitted in the villa.
The huge master en-suite bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished terrace with lovely views.
A high chair and sturdy portable cot are provided free of charge. There is two portable/folding beds in the villa, making occupancy levels maximum 11.
VILLA SHARMA is well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area. We have even supplied an extensive range of melamine items to reduce your stress levels. We try to think of everything!
The basement has been developed as a games lounge with table tennis and darts.. THIS VILLA HAS INTERNET ACCESS
On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, deep shade and table and chairs. There is a large BBQ and other seating and eating areas in the garden.
There are 2 folding portable beds and 1 cot in the villa making occupation up to 11.
PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE FREE POOL HEATING from mid March to end October - a real saving and absolute luxury.
Price also includes all linen/towels, villa cleaning and linen change. Also includes services of local English speaking manager who will meet you on arrival and remain on call throughout your stay.

THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace currently being developed into a Poussada and Roman villa ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, shopping and excellent fish restaurants), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. You are only 10 minutes away from accessing the Ria Formosa Park.
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore island beaches. Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just chill, relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing - as so many of our guests do !!
For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and fantastic birdwatching (feathered variety)!!.
There are some really lovely places to visit - you will not be disappointed. This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve. Eating out on wonderful local fish meat and wine is still surprisingly inexpensive. Why not try it for a change. THE REAL PORTUGAL !!
