ExtrasThis wonderful south facing mature villa is set in established landscaped gardens. There is a large BBQ with circular seating, a large pool terrace which is fully equipped with tables, chairs, loungers. There is further seating on the first floor balacony. vILLA AMARELLA is a truly lovely villa having been totally refurbished during 2006. Amarella is a large 4 bed /3 bathroomed mature Portuguese villa, with high ceilings, mahogany floors and very stylishly equipped in modern style. Villa Amarella sleeps 12 comfortably. It has a 12m x 6m pool which is heated FREE OF CHARGE mid March to end October 2008. Aircon to all bedrooms for which there is an extra obligatory cost mid March to end October. Log fire and warm aircon during cooler months..

Villa Amarella has 3 twin rooms on the ground floor each with floor to ceiling cupboards and has been refurbished in modern style. On the first floor is a huge 4th ensuite bedroom / flat with its own terrace and seating overlooking the garden and pool. Bliss!
This room comfortably accommodates up to 6 people using standard beds and 2 sturdy portable beds. Enabling occupancy of up to 12 people in the villa. 2 x portable cots also available so it is possible to increase capacity slightly. HOWEVER, maximum 12 adults/children (small babies excluded). High chair also available.
There are 3 bathrooms and a further WC. 2 of the bathrooms are ensuite.
The lounge is quite huge, of approx 70 sq m, beautifully furnished with TV, DVD and log fire. Three double doors lead to the wonderful, exceptionally large pool terrace and heated pool. A raised dining area with marble table and chairs leads off from the lounge area.
Ceilings are high, floors are mahogany wood throughout. Main living area is always cool but there is aircon to all bedrooms.This villa is of exceptional quality.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could ever wish for - including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc etc etc with a large sunny breakfast room off to the side.
Villa Amarella has a truly wonderful 12 x 6m south facing heated pool surrounded by a very large terrace equipped with chairs, tables, loungers, parasols and large BBQ. The pool is lit during the evenings. Fun and games!!
The villa is fully gated and has a beautiful mature garden surrounding it. There is bamboo pergola on the pool terrace offering deep shade for warmer months.
Villa Amarela is located on the semi-rural outskirts of Almancil.It is only 2-3 mins walk to a local bar/restaurant and a further 5 mins into Almancil. Importantly it is only 3.5 kms from Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo golf courses, fantastic shopping and close to major beach resorts of Quarteira and Vilamoura.
PRICES
PLEASE NOTE prices advertised are for up to 8 people and include cleaning/linen changed twice per week. We also provide pool/beach towels and a FREE food pack on arrival.
We do however charge for greater occupancy - i.e up to 12 people but for most months this is only an extra £100/wk for up to 4 extra people.
July, August there is a supplement of £150 for up to 4 people. Christmas/New Year we charge an additional £200 for occupancy up to 12.
The pool is heated FREE OF CHARGE from April to end October. It is unheated November to end March but guests are free to use.
We do however make an obligatory charge of £75/wk April through to end October for aircon. Also £50/wk for warm heating and logs November through to end March. This we feel ensures your total comfort throughout the year.
Also available on request (on arrival) via the local manager is babysitting and pet sitting services, personal trainer, chef, organised tours 'Getting to know the real Algarve and real Algarve people', medical assistance, car/motor bike rental, bike rental and reduced costs for local horseriding.

This villa is Ideally located for golfing holidays throughout the year with Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo golf courses only 3.5 kms away. And rentable at a fraction of the cost!!!
SURROUNDING AREA
Villa Amarella is set in a semi-rural location, amidst other superior mature villas, only a very pleasant 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants, medical centre, supermarkets, bank etc Within 1 km there are numerous other shops/restaurants.
Within only 10-15 minutes you can access major attractions including a broad range of restaurants and enjoy Portuguese, French, Brazilian, German and Italian cuisine. Close by there are major Central Algarve attractions e.g. water parks, go karting circuits, water sports, horse riding, tennis and you can swim with dolphins at Zoo Marine.
Faro airport is only 20-25 mins drive away. Car hire essential to enjoy local attractions and amenities.
The lounge area of some 70sq m has seating for 12 people, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi system. There is a wonderful log burning stove for cooler months. All floors are of solid mahogany. There are 4 large floor to ceiling windows in the lounge offering wonderful views of the garden and pool/terrace area.
The new kitchen is of the highest quality with granite work surfaces throughout. It is fully equipped to include microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine - all you could ever need. There is a large breakfast area in the kitchen, with a huge window which overlooks the garden and with a wonderful large palm tree immediately outside (see photo).
The pool is fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs and parasols. There is also a a pergola offering deep shade for hotter months. On the terrace is an exceptionally large BBQ with own seating, mature gardens surround the villa.
There is no garage but ample parking space for 2 cars on the drive, with shade, and other parking immediately outside the villa.
