1. Hotwater system was set to be OFF from 6 am to 10 am - I had to reset
2. very difficult to reach the office in GYE - called twice and did not get a return call [ re tours and re check-out]
3. description assumes internet is available - only internet connection was available ...

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, secure and very comfortable. The apt is very modern, while the colonial architecture has been kept in tact.
The owner and manager are truly wonderful, and work hard to make sure everything is perfect.

The position of the apartment in the beautiful old town of Quito is excellent. 5 min walk to restaurants, museums the presidential palace etc. Security is perfect as well with very well looked after building. Internet café in the same house.
