THIS PROPERTY IS UNFORTUNATELY RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION WORK THAT IS ON GOING IN DUBAI. WHEN IT IS ALL FINISHED IT WILL BE PERFECT, BUT AT THE MOMENT THE VIEW IS OF CRANES AND WORKMEN, AND IT IS 24 HOURS A DAY. THERE IS ALSO A LOT OF DUST.

improve the following:-
1- Check-in and check-out process.
2- Need more attention to carpet cleaning.
3- Make some napkin and toilet tissues available.

We had a good time in the appartment. It was fair price, the services were good. Lack of some information (for example how to order drinking water) and the construction which was going on in the region was a bit disturbing. However, the construction is all over Dubai and not specifically for the region.

Property was in pristine condition, very friendly staff and great for our family's needs. The requested baby furniture appeared brand new and top brands. We were very impressed.
Only one issue...NO GAS! but it did not ruin our holiday. ...

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Nicely furnished, including everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (big fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, utensils etc). Could have done with another teatowel though!

The apartment was nice in size. very clean and with an extremely good bed plus pillows!!
Unfortunately the water in the shower flooded regular the bathroomfloor.
The only problem was that we did not have any telephone/TV the first 3 days and the 24 hours service was not of service at all, with other words very bad! Only when we got Lisa from the ...

The property, and location were great. The construction around the building prevented us from using the pool because of the sand and debrise, however, we did not spend much time in the appartment anyway. Dubai is a great city with so much to do and see, that I have no complaints about the construction.
