Villa facilities were superb. Villa was luxurious, clean and very comfortable. Swimming pool area was excellent. Shops and restaurants were within a few minutes drive.

The villa is situated in a quiet area of the Vale de Milho golf complex. We found it quite easily with the instructions we had been given.The villa is very well equipped (as described),very clean with maid service 5 times a week.The pool was lovely and larger than I expected. The facilities and equipment within the apartment were excellent with the benefit of a roof top terrace with bbq and lovely views. The property was clean and stylish-
The website did not do the property justice as under the heading for the dining room was the balcony-with no picture to convey the good size of the living room-dining room.
The kitchen looked very small although it was a decent size the views were spectacular with the surrounfing gardens so well maintained.

We found booking the apartment very easy and the after sales service was both professional and friendly.
The actual apartment was clean and well maintained. Even the BBQ on the roof terrace was clean and ready to use, the roof terrace is a great place to have a BBQ at the end of the day.
My only gripe and it is only minor, I would have liked a more ...

lovely house and position, but house just a bit grubby for my liking. we had to clean the bathrooms and kitchens when we arrived.
cleaners came in for about 15 mins, but didn't really clean anything.

Very clean and bright, excellent accommodation and facilities within the complex. Ferragudo quite quiet though so nice to be able to hire a car whilst you are there. Staff very couteous and helpful at the complex (and also whoever we booked it with on the phone) ...

We were extremely impressed with this property and its location. The property was in extremely good condition and well equipped. It was actually much nicer than than indicated by the photos on the site. The sun terrace was an added bonus. The Old Village itself was also well looked after and the facilities were excellent .
