Fantastic property! It is superbly situated and brilliantly equipped, we could not have hoped for more.
The villa is located on a small development and the property and grounds are well kept and presented. The villa was spotlessly clean and the layout and furnishings are faultless.
Close to all local amenities and lots of excellent restaurants.

FABULOUS VILLA, VERY WELL EQUIPPED.
OUR CHILDREN ESPECIALLY ENJOYED SWIMMING IN THE POOL AT NIGHT WITH THE POOL LIGHTS ON !
GREAT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING THE WESTERN ALGARVE, LOTS OF EXCELLENT BEACHES AND RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA A SHORT DRIVE AWAY.
WE WILL BE GOING BACK AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THE VILLA TO FRIENDS.

Peaceful location with a nice patio to sit on and relax. Apartment was a good size and the bathroom had both bath and shower so suited us fine. Fully equipped kitchen and the cable TV meant you wanted for nothing. The only hard part was no air condition unit as it was very hot and the fan helped a bit but we were still stifled. It didnt spoil ...

The villa was great value for money and was in a perfect location. It was only a short walk to the beach and the marina and the facilities in the Old Village were also great. It is perfect for a group holiday, not only for singles but for families too. The villa also included a high chair, travel cot, cool bag and everything you would need for a ...

This property, in my opinion, can be classed as a five star self catering townhouse. Is is as advertised on the website, on the ground floor, there is a large kitchen (with everything you need), a large living and dinnning area with tele and dvd player, a toilet and a balcony. On the second floor are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one en-suite and ...

the property was ideal for our family and had all the home comforts reqd .
the pool was always clean, gardens well maintained and local shop very useful.
the land train that stops outside the apartment was ideal for getting to the beach and marina day or night.

Property was better than expected. Unusually all the appliances worked (unlike some previous holidays). Small touches (like games, books etc) were an added bonus. We had a 7 year old who thought the whole complex was fantastic (couldn't get him out of the pools!). The agent was superb at booking transport to and from golf courses and airport. ...

My boyfriend and I rented the villa during late October. The weather was excellent and the crowds had diminished. The property was appropriately represented, the pictures are accurate and the views are awesome. It offers easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, a beach, and promenade.
