Spacious and very well equipped. we had 6 adults and two children on our holiday and each of us was very happy. The heated pool was a huge bonus. Beautiful beaches and interesting small villages nearby. Little English spoken but that is how we like our holidays - very friendly people and great local markets from which you can buy fresh fish, meat ...

The villa was wonderful... it exceeded our expectations and the knowedge and assistance of Paula & Steve is invaluable. Please don't be put off by the condition of the rest of the complex, the lack of other visitors is an advantage although a car is essential! The house, pool, and property are excellent. Swimming in the pool with those beautiful sunsets was priceless.When the development in the surrounding area gets closer to completion it will just add to the overall experience. We have just spent a week at this property and it is absolutely superb. The owners have thought of everything which you could possibly need. I wish i could have stayed longer.There is nothing to beat lying by the side of the pool with the views of the sea in the distance.There are a number of very good bars and restaurants within a short distance ...

Our first visit to Portugal and we couldnt have chosen a better location and villa.
Although the estate is still under construction it did not affect our stay in the slightest, no noise or interference at all.
10 of us, Gran and Grandad, 2 sons with wives and 4 kids under 5yrs, plenty of room in this very spacious, comfortable property.
