I do not believe that the photographs on the site do justice to the property and it's location. Unfortunately we chose a time of year (late Nov) when the weather is traditionally bad - wind and rain. We were very well catered for and would be happy to visit again during the ... 3 View this property Submited by andrew moss from nottinghamshire (06/06/2005) It was better than the sales particulars. A good investment of our holiday money! ... 4 View this property Submited by Donna & Alex Haresign from Lincolnshire (08/12/2005) We stayed at the villa first week of november. Firstly we would like to say how helpful the owner was as we were booked in for september but had to change the dates due to a family reason and we spoke on telephone and e-mail and sorted the new dates out very efficiently with no problems at all. The villa itself was set in a beautiful location near ... 5 View this property Submited by Ian Fraser from Hartlepool UK (30/04/2007) Great Apartment, excellent value could possible do with an electric kettle for tea lovers. However we had a great time and the apartment was well equiped, clean and comfortable, there was some entertainment noise from neighbouring holiday parks/hotels but it ... 7 View this property Submited by Iain Convery from St Ives (28/10/2005) Situated in a small village only 10 minutes drive from the main town of La Maddelena, this villa has the most stunning sea views. The kitchen is basic but ... 8 View this property Submited by Heather Brew from La Maddalena (06/06/2005) My girlfriends and I stayed at La Maddalena for 5 days and had an excellent time. about usAs the second biggest island in the Mediterranean, Sardinia is a part of Italy, located west of the mainland. Famous for its clean and unspoiled beaches, as well as its interesting history, Sardinia provides a wide range of activities for its visitors. In the northeast the Costa Smeralda is an area known for its grand beaches, and in the northwest lies the charming town of Alghero. If the history of the island is of interest to you, than it is well worth visiting the Citadel of Museums, located in the heart of the capital of Cagliari. Also worth mentioning is Garibaldi's House, home to the famous revolutionary who spent the later years of his life on the island of Caprera, just a short ferry ride from Palau. An amusing way to travel around the island is aboard the Trenino Verde, an old steam locomotive that will lead you over bridges, and through forests, tunnels, and stunning mountainous regions. All of this can be within easy access from one of our seaside villas, with all the bonuses that the comfort of a private abode has to offer.
