Everything was OK, the only thing was that I read somewhere that the distance to the beach was 200 meter, that must be about 700 meter and there is no 400m2 garden but 200m2. No problem for us but it can give expectations,

The villa more than lived up to our expectations - couldn't fault it. If anything, it was nicer than described. View Point Village is a really good location - nice and close to Pattaya so you can enjoy it without being disturbed by the 24x7 partying. Nice and close to the beach too. Our first trip to Pattaya - had a ball. Jomtien beach is great too, very relaxing.
The villa was lovely. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and more than lived up to the words in the advert. We especially appreciated the garden and the communal pool which was close by. Our maid Dom came every day to clean and even did bits of shopping for ...

View Point Villa was perfect for our needs. We were four couples each with a baby! It was the perfect long weekend for us. The pool entertained the children and then in the evening we could put them all to sleep and socialise together outside with the BBQ by the pool. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed so it was easy to ...
