The owner was more the accomodating as far as requests were concerned. I requested for additional pillows and I certainly had more than enough. The place is clean and orderly. First off I would like to say this is a nice place to stay if your in town especially if its your first time to the Philippines. Why you might ask? Well you have pretty much everything you could want in a short distance. One of the larger malls in the PI and you have the night life district only a block over. We were met at the airport by the owners representative as arranged and taken to the condomininum where we were show all the facilities and we appreciated the welcoming fresh flower display and the cleanliness of the unit.
The condo is as described in the booking advice, ideal fot two people and everything we needed was available to quickly settle ...

My wife and I stayed at Grays Condo for a week in October. We enjoyed our stay at the condo; it is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable during your stay. We have stayed at many hotels, resorts over the years on our trips back to the Philippines, but have to say the water pressure and air conditioning in this unit ...

well it was very nice place, the view left a little to be desired but overall it was nice. great central location.very close to the action for the party goers. i didnt visit the girl bars searching for the ladies. but the place got me engaged to my best friend. we had fun and it was peacefull for the two of us. veerhel was helpfull and kept up with ...

The apartment is nice and have a good location for our purposes. all arrangements for our arrival was handled perfect as well as our departure.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we even showed it for some overseas friends who regulary visit PH as well.
We stayed 4 persons in the Apt but the kitchen table is only for Two.
We will come back ...

This was our second stay at the condo and as promised on our last visit some improvements have been made though it was already good enough to encourage us to return. There is a new shower with adequate hot water and access to the internet was installed prior to our departure.
